Selecting a healthcare staffing application will not eliminate the various “pop-ups” that managers face, but it should provide seamless tools to proactively address these issues. I like to use the analogy of officials in sporting events. The best and most effective officials are the ones that are rarely, if ever, mentioned during the course of a game. We strongly urge hospital educators, staffing agencies, and recruiters to stress (no pun intended) the importance of nurses following these steps prior to attempting any Dysrhythmia assessments.
Skipping any of these steps could be mean the difference between passing and failing a Dysrhythmia Assessment, being offered or denied a placement, or failing to become proficient enough in ECG interpretation to save the fragile lives of patients in the future. Read more »
