Amistaff Healthcare Technology was founded by Ronald Gonzalez MS, BSNRon has more than 14 years in the Healthcare Industry. The first six years of Ron's career found him working at a local NY Hospital as a Staff Nurse. The last eight years, Ron worked in the healthcare staffing industry, first as a Per-Diem Nurse for a regional staffing firm, then as a Senior Level Recruiter, and Director Of Healthcare Operations. Ron helped start NurseTesting.com with his belief that a standardization of competency testing be created for nurses employed through healthcare staffing firms and healthcare facilities. When NurseTesting was founded in 2004 it was under the parent company Healthcare Testing, Inc. In 2007 Healthcare Testing, Inc. became Amistatff Healthcare Technology. Amistaff Healthcare Technology is still owned and operated by Ron Gonzalez, the name was changed to accommodate a larger scope of services for the healthcare staffing industry. As CEO, his roles involve managing and directing Amistaff Healthcare Technology's growth while ensuring that all customers receive the quality service and healthcare staffing solutions that exceed their expectations. The goal for Amistaff Healthcare Technology is to build long-term relationships with customers based upon an in-depth understanding of their organization's unique staffing requirements combined with their own personal expectations for service and support. Ron received his nursing degree from the Lewis A. Wilson School of Nursing, with advanced degrees received from Phoenix University. Amistaff Healthcare Technology is a healthcare staffing solutions provider, creating products and services designed to help healthcare staffing firms and hospitals improve recruitment, retention and placement.
